I founded Krohn Advisory Group on a simple belief: the quality of an organization will never consistently exceed the quality of its leadership.
Over the past two decades, I've had the privilege of serving organizations across higher education, nonprofit, ministry, and business—leading GTM strategy, organizational transformation, executive initiatives, and leadership development. Those experiences reinforced something I've seen time and time again: the greatest challenge leaders face isn't a lack of intelligence or capability. It's the absence of trusted counsel.
